During today's class students were given the time to evaluate their performance from the previous day. During the opening part of the class they discussed what went wrong during the performance part of the day before. They decided that they needed better training prior to starting the exercise. Secondly to resolve some of the organizational issues that occurred they decided to reorganize the layout of the stations. These changes proved to be extremely valuable as the ARL Aggie Boat company began their assemble of the Aggie Boats.
What a success! Both of the changes were extremely effective. Students told about 5 minutes to train each other how to assemble the Aggie Boats correctly. This minimized the amount of incorrectly constructed Aggie Boats. The workflow also was streamlined with the re-organization of the assemble stations.
The cost for of the Aggie Boats this round was significantly lower, thus providing the evidence of successful modifications.
